Apply for an additional copy of the Community licence or certificate of authorisation for the carriage of goods by road for hire or reward
If you require additional copies or certified copies after the commercial road haulage permit or Community licence has been issued, you can apply for these from the competent authority.
In the case of a commercial road haulage licence, you will receive a separate copy for each of your vehicles. For the joint licence, you will receive a separate certified copy for each vehicle. You have specified the number of vehicles in your application.
If the number of your vehicles increases after the permit or joint licence has been issued, you will need additional copies or certified copies. You can apply for these from your local transport authority.
You may have to provide proof of your own capital again. For each additional vehicle over 3.5 tonnes, you need equity capital of EUR 5,000. For each additional vehicle of 2.5 to 3.5 tonnes (in cross-border freight transport), you need equity of EUR 900. This also applies to the use of hired vehicles.
